Our Story

The Cookie Journey Begins ⛰️

Our story starts with Bryce, a cookie purist who went on an ambitious journey with his wife Shayna several years ago to develop the most delicious homemade cookies on the planet.

We’re talking premium, real ingredients only — no artificial flavors, preservatives, or food grade chemicals like the ones used in retail and store-bought cookies. We're also talking timeless flavors only — no mash-ups of zany concoctions covered in palm oil frosting.  

 

The Fellowship of the Cookie 💪

Bryce and Shayna experimented with everything from gourmet ingredients and complementary flavors to mixing order and cooling methods. Their neighbors Dave and Rachel gladly volunteered to be official taste-testers.

After countless iterations, they perfected their recipes and began offering gourmet home-baked cookies as a side hustle — delighting friends and neighbors and catering weddings, parties, and other special events.

You simply don't get over cookies this insanely delicious. One of Bryce's friends kept asking him, “When can you make me a bunch of cookies I can keep in my freezer?”

That's when Dave said, “Why don’t we bake, vacuum-seal, and ship the cookies so that people everywhere can enjoy the best homemade cookies ever — whenever they want?” And with that, Clutch Cookies was born.
